3 oz. Roquefort cheese (or other blue cheese)
2 c. mayo
3 tsp. chopped chives
2-3 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. buttermilk
Combine and mix well.  Makes 1 qt.  Check for freshness often.  Recipe can be halved.
