1/2 c. chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
1/2 tsp chopped fresh thyme
1/2 tsp chopped fresh oregano
1/4 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
3 Tbsp capers, whole or chopped
2 fresh garlic cloves, minced
3 Tbsp EVOO
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
Combine all ingredients and top salmon with a generous amount of salsa verde and garnish with fresh lemon wedges.
