Gluten Free Lasagna

1lb ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 jar of Prego, Ragu etc (I used Prego traditional)
Mozzarella - as little or as much as you want
Sour cream
Gluten free lasagna noodles
Directions:
In a skillet, brown ground beef with onions & garlic. Add sauce. In a 9x13 lasagna pan smother the bottom of the pan with a little sauce. Lay 3 noodles lengthwise. Top the noodles with sauce. By the tablespoonful, drop sour cream on top of the sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Repeat the layering process. Make sure cheese is the final layer. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes. If it gets too brown cover with foil for the remaining time. Enjoy!
