Mom's Hot Cocoa Mix
250 servings
11 cups low fat dry milk powder
1 8oz container of powdered non dairy creamer (coffeemate is best)
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
4 full cups of instant chocolate drink mix (like Nestle's)
1/2 cup Ghirardelli unsweetened cocoa
Combine in a large pot. whisk together. Store in airtight container.
