3 c. shredded lettuce
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (10 oz.) bag frozen peas (not in butter sauce)
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. bacon bits
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped celery

1 c. mayonnaise
Layer ingredients in order in bowl. Cover salad with mayonnaise like you are frosting a cake (about 1 inch thick). Chill overnight. Toss next day just before serving.
