Chocolate Pavlovas

6 egg whites i happen to have that many to use up...
1 T cream of tartar
1 1/4 c sugar
3 T cocoa

whip egg whites and add remaining items. bake at 200 degrees for one hour until firm to touch. i shut off oven and leave for afternoon until needed.

fill with whip cream and fruit
