Sharon's Chocolate Pudding Cake

1 package chocolate fudge cake mix
1 small chocolate instant pudding and pie filling mix
8 ounces sour cream
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup water warm
4 eggs
1 12 oz bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips. When blended, fold in chips.
Bake in well greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
Let cool in pan for 2 hours before turning out.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
