1/3 c. rice
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
4 c. milk
Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients and stir. Bake for 1.5 hrs (or more), stirring every 30 mins until thickened.
Yields about 2 good sized tablespoonfuls (or so it seems...).

Just double the recipe to make 4 Tablespoons...duh!
