1 cup tomato sauce (12 oz Hunts)
2 eggs
1 envelope onion soup mix
2 cups stuffing mix (stove top)
2 T. worcestershire
1 T. dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. salt & pepper
grated cheese (amount depending on how cheesy you like it) (colby jack)
2-3 pounds hamburger
You can either put the meatloaf into a traditional bread/loaf pan or form into individual 'mini meatloaves' and place on a silpat and bake. This way will yield roughly 6 - 8 mini loaves depending on the size you make them.
Bake @ 375 for 45 minutes.
