1 small red onion, diced small
3-4 roma tomatoes, diced
1 can minced, black olives
1 jar marinated artichokes, large chop (add marinade also)
fresh garlic - to taste
Salt and Pepper to taste
Fresh Basil - chopped small
A drizzle of EVOO is nice to add also, but not required
Gently mix and serve on toasted bagette slices or use corn chip dippers on the side

This dip is sooooo good! Only comment is to seed the Roma tomatoes before chopping, because the juice is a little too much in the dip. It makes a huge amount and is just a real crowd pleaser. Cheap to make for the amount it makes too.
