2 Tbsp Red wine vinegar or Seasoned Rice Vinegar
1 tsp oil
Garlic salt to taste (I like to substitute 1 - 2 cloves fresh chopped garlic)
salt & pepper to taste
Mix:
2 avocados, chopped
2-3 Roma tomatoes, chopped
handful of cilantro, chopped
1 can of corn, drained
1 can of black beans, drained
1 can of chopped olives
Add the dressing to the "mix" and serve with tortilla chips! YUMMO!
